Short answer is; a microcosm of the many things found on Amazon.
Lets start with the offensive ones first.
You are going to see things you may not like, and even things you think are wrong. This is not your problem.
Things like:
dildos, vibrators, butt plugs, and all manner of sexual deviancy. it is not you place to decide if these things are offensive leave that to Amazon. Almost every item that is on Amazon has been through some kind of vetting process, so they know at some level what the item is.
Potentially offensive symbols that have more than one meaning. You will probably see a Swatik/Swastika. This is not automatically a bad thing, nor is it in poor taste. Educate yourself https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika. You may not agree with it but move on with your life. reporting things like this to amazon could result in being removed from the program.
Now for everything else.
If you can think of it, it may be listed. maybe not today, but at sometime. everything from pointless key chains, and silly toys to cake toppers, and all manner of parts for cars, and other appliances and equipment. Clothes, but mostly stuff that is not what you want, or in your size, or in the type of fabric you want. Be prepared to find just about anything, from items that would cost as little as a dollar to items that can cost as much as $6000 (highest price reported to me). Big screen TV's laptops, tablets, pool cleaning robots, and barista grade coffee makers. keep in mind only gold level can see the expensive stuff (sort of), and order them. Also the more desirable the item the faster it will disappear and the harder it is to find and order. Tools, volt meters, biking, you name it. Expensive items are VERY rare.
Supplements, vitamins, medicine, and other foods you never heard of. Candy, and seasonings, drinks, and weird coffees/tea. Food items are rare, usually listed as a single unit, and the are snatched up almost instantly. I have only ordered 1 food item in my time in the program, and though I could have ordered more, I did not because most of it is candy.
